ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Acquisition specialist for Walter Casanas State Farm Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and agency success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as an advisor for the needs of our potential and existing customers. You improve the lives of our customers by positioning relevant products and services that best fit their needs.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Make a minimum of 50 outbound calls daily to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities.
    • Conduct at least 5 new quoting conversations each day, accurately assessing customer needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.
    • Complete detailed fact-finding sheets for each prospect to gather essential information and ensure personalized product recommendations.
    • Present and explain a variety of insurance products, including life, auto, home, renters, boat, and business insurance, aligning options with customer requirements.
    • Participate actively in weekly team trainings and sales meetings to continuously improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry compliance.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-ups and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Requirements:
  • Must hold a valid Life Insurance license and Property and Casualty license in the State of New Jersey. Pre-licensing and exam fees will be reimbursed after 60 days of employment.
  • Commitment to a consistent office schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to follow office systems consistently and effectively.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a goal-oriented environment.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to manage time efficiently while working independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications to accurately document sales activities and customer information.


 
Compensation: $55,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
